Subscription Terms
MILCOMPASS is an independently developed military reference, study, career-development, and leader-support product. It is not an official U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or U.S. Government application.
Free and Pro
Free provides core reference and essential resources and may include clearly identified ads or lower limits on selected premium tools. Pro may include expanded premium career/leader tools, advanced simulations, higher usage limits, reports/exports, and other features identified before purchase. Pro is designed to be ad-free.
Auto-renewal
When offered, Pro may be purchased monthly or annually. The exact price, billing period, and any trial terms shown at checkout control. Unless canceled through the applicable billing provider, the subscription may renew automatically under that provider's terms.
Cancellation and refunds
A normal cancellation ordinarily leaves Pro active through the end of the paid billing period. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud findings, or provider revocations may remove access sooner. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable provider and law.
Restore Purchases
Eligible users can restore a valid subscription after signing in. MILCOMPASS verifies the provider transaction and subscription chain server-side. A verified subscription chain may be associated with only one MILCOMPASS account at a time.
Deleting your account
Deleting a MILCOMPASS account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel the subscription through Apple, Google, or the applicable billing provider if you want to stop future renewals.
