Terms of Use
MILCOMPASS is an independently developed military reference, study, career-development, and leader-support product. It is not an official U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or U.S. Government application.
Acceptance and intended use
By creating or using a MILCOMPASS account, private-data feature, or paid feature, a user agrees to the current Terms and Privacy Policy. MILCOMPASS is a support tool, not an official military determination or system of record.
No government endorsement
MILCOMPASS is independently developed. References to military organizations, publications, forms, ranks, MOSs, schools, programs, and websites do not imply sponsorship, approval, certification, or endorsement.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or submit classified, CUI, credential, or other prohibited information.
Subscriptions
MILCOMPASS may offer Free and Pro plans. Pro may be sold as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. The price and billing period shown by the applicable store at checkout control. A normal cancellation ordinarily preserves Pro through the paid period. Refunds, chargebacks, or revocations may end access sooner. Eligible purchases can be restored after server-side verification.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MILCOMPASS is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Account deletion
Users may delete their MILCOMPASS account. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple, Google, or other third-party subscription; the user must manage cancellation with the applicable billing provider to stop future renewals.
